Each chiropractor sets his fees taking into account the factors listed in the code of ethics
and the price list determined by the professional associations.
Different rates make chiropractic care more accessible to everyone.

For example, if a consultation exceeds the allotted time due to the complexity of your condition or the need for a thorough reassessment, an additional 15-minute appointment may be added to your session, with the associated fees appearing on your receipt for insurance purposes. Additionally, certain procedures or services not included in the treatment time, such as drafting a radiological request, prescribing advanced imaging, or sending therapeutic exercises, may incur additional fees. Finally, any phone communication, email, or messaging requiring a response from your chiropractic doctor, or the review of documents and reports, may be considered a teleconsultation or supplementary research.
These services will be reasonably billed based on the time allocated to your request.

Payment methods accepted

Appointment cancellation or modification policy

  • In order for us to manage schedules and the waiting list more efficiently, you are required to cancel or change your appointment 24 hours in advance. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the Clinic being obliged to invoice the amount of the fees provided for the missed consultation.

Insurance

  • The invoice must be paid in full by the patient. We will make the claim online, if the patient's insurance company is part of the Telus Health Program.
  • The Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec does not cover chiropractic care. However, the majority of group insurance companies reimburse part of the costs. It is best to check your insurance contract for details of your chiropractic coverage.
